About
Nilesh migrated to Australia with his family immediately after Australia abandoned its infamous White Australia policy. He grew up in a very average suburb of Brisbane attending the local state school and then completing his secondary education at Brisbane Grammar School.
He completed the inaugural combined degree program of business and law at the Queensland University of Technology. After completing the Business Case Study Program at Harvard University he joined the post-graduate Legal Practice Program at QUT. He completed a Masters in Business Administration in International Business before launching MyVisa® in 1999.
As a lawyer, Nilesh has managed government-funded Immigration task forces providing legal services to asylum seekers and lodged visa applications in all visa streams. He has appeared in hundreds of visa appeals at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Federal Courts of Australia.
Appointed by the Assistant Minister for Immigration to the inaugural Migration Advisory Group, Nilesh has previously advised the government on Immigration industry reforms.

For over 25 years he has also advised an eclectic mix of visa clients, including tradies, artisans, regional country leaders (and their mistresses), alleged terrorists, founding directors of startups, sex workers, investors, business sponsors and individuals just like you.
Today Nilesh continues to manage immigration applications personally. He has now helped several thousand visa applicants and their families get visas granted, visa refusals overturned, visa cancellations set aside and Australian citizenship conferred.
